Relax, You’re among friends…
Through the centuries wine has long been the fruit of friendship. A drink best served among friends. Best enjoyed among friends. Sage Wine Bar is dedicated to those who want to restore the simple good pleasure of a glass of wine among friends. Join us and learn a little. Laugh a little and live a little. Just show up and let’s see what happens. You don’t need to know the world of wine to be welcome here. We’re here to teach and guide.
Over 20 varieties of wine will be poured daily and every glass comes with a little education … if you want.
Our appetizer menu will be freshened daily with new creations and old favorites. And of course you can always pick up a little something for the table at the market next door.

By The Glass - Red Wine
Opolo Fusion ~ Paso Robles, California ~ 2005 $14/$49
This dark and brooding blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petite Verdot is a very distinguished, rich and powerful wine. This unique blend has resulted in a symphony of berry and black cherry with well integrated tannins and balanced acidity. Twenty months of oak aging has given this wine notes of butterscotch and vanilla.
Cusumano Nero D'Avola~2007 $8/$28
The Cusumano has great fruit (cherry and cranberry maybe?) and it’s fresh and interesting, aromatic and peppery and with the correct acid balance.
By The Glass - White Wine
Slatestone Riesling ~ Mosel, Germany~ 2006 ~ $11/ $39
A Delicious Light and Fruity Wine, with an Elegant Minerality.
Girard Chardonnay ~ Napa Valley, California ~ 2006 ~ $15/ $53
Chardonnay exhibits wonderful brightness, clarity and light weight on the palate. The crispness and minerality of the wine makes it a lovely food companion but you will find it to be quite enjoyable on its own. Superb peach and melon aromas with refreshing citrus flavors are accented with hints of toasted nuts and a subtle, rich texture from the sur lies aging.
